9 months in today, applied early March 2021. How high is the chance to get RFE at this point? I am expecting to be transferred to local office for the interview or new card is being produced. I have counted numerous cases if Applied in March RFE is usually by December of that year. How is everyone holding up? Praying to hear something by my birthday In March.
case outside of Normal processing time?
my i-129f to California case has been a year waiting I still have no answer I'm wanting to pursue a federal lawsuit against the USCIS. has anybody done this and what was your outcome? if we owe on a fine and we don't pay by a certain date we owe more if there's a court date and we don't show we pay if we owe the IRS and we don't pay they take but what consequences are for them when they don't meet their deadlines?
NY State Interview Timings for GC
Is anyone from NY state here waiting for interviews after getting done with biometrics?. Field office is Buffalo, just wanted a general timeline around how long they are taking for scheduling interview.

Expedite Request Status Change K1
Hello,
I wanted to check and see if anyone else received a status update about an expedite request on their account when they didn't file a request? I received two status updates on my account as if I made a request to expedite on November 19th and again on December 6th. Has this happened to anyone else?
Basically, I didn’t make the request, but my account status changed as if I did.

I see many people after May 12 getting EAD approved. how does USCIS approves cases? I thought they do it in the order in which they received it.
