Applied end of January, they received the case on 2/8. Got biometrics done at the end of September. Nothing since then. 10 months so far , no RFE.

July 2021 filer case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

case received on Feb 12, bio applied on March 30. nothing else since then

send feb 19,2021. Bio applied April 6,2021. No rfe/interview scheduled but we think we have an very easy case. I think all interviews/rfe have been sent or scheduled for the cases around me

I guess so — if their 10/16 months means making a decision they shoulda inquired via RFEs some time ago. but who knows lol

nope mine is a waiver but 5 years together, a ton of evidence leases, insurances, 2 joint car titles, 7 affidavits including hers and in laws

any idea why mine bio took more than two months to complete??? I see many people bio were reused in matter of one or two weeks

maybe the officer lost the file?

weird .. I don’t know.. they got mine in 2019 for the first time and just re applied them in March.. no matter what if you are dec 2020 you should be close..

California! i applied January 2020. since August 2020 my case showed “finger prints were taken” and this week we got the RFE.

you had me worried @ Melo. I think we thought you were in Vermont like the rest of us lol Cali was really behind and is 7-22 months now and inquiry is Feb 2020 so ur timeline does make sense for Cali 751. California started speeding up 2 months ago but was in 2019 for inquiry. good luck!
