embassy ? I don’t know how to involve senators in it , and what they goona do I have no idea 🤷🏽‍♀️

@saminayasmin if you go to the senators page of your state they usually have a section for help and a part dedicated to immigration. you fill up a form and when ur case is with the NVC waiting for an interview from the embassy they can help. it's the USCIS that they can't really help with

oh really , I have no idea about that , but do we need a reason to do that or it’s just a form anyone can fill out waiting for interview?

mine was submitted in Nebraska, was actively reviewing in Texas, I contacted them 2 weeks ago now they are saying it is processing in California…..

@Saroj the same thing happened to my petition. First I received a receipt notice from Nebraska and asked a month ago and was told it was transfered to California service center. My petition is US citizen filing for a parent (IR-5) and it is Consular(my parents are outside the US).

@sarojKarki Texas service center I tried to expedite couple of times but every single time they rejected my request without even asking for proof

IR-5 filed sep 21 2021... PD sep 27 2021 and received a I-797C that is at the Lee's summit Missouri NBC ...what's next???

IR-5 filed june 01,2021 and being actively reviewed since September 08 still waiting

IR-5 filled online on May 01 2021, I never received my I797C , on Dec 16,2021 status changed to being actively reviewed. does anyone now how long does it take for an approval?

I filed I130 June 21,2021 for my both parents. I got update on November about my father it's being in review. and I didn't get any update for my mom.
