Fourth Expedite Attempt - I765
I requested an expedite on Monday, for the fourth time.
I was asked for further evidence and submitted evidence supporting severe financial loss to me
personally and also the company I work for, which was received today.
I have been on administrative leave since November, so hopefully they will consider that and also the medical expenses / issues that my daughter has with her back requiring ongoing treatment.
Not hopeful of a positive response, seems all expedites are being rejected, but need to try.

my husband entered on immegration visa last october after counsling processing that started 3 years ago🥵 we still haven’t recieved the GC in mail yet!! is this normal? i hear on forums ppl entering in December and have gotten theirs delivered in mail already!! what could be the delaying factors? also do we get a notification from lawfully immediately when status changes?

I had my i130 and i485 interview yesterday, and today morning the status changed to approved for i130, but for i485 it still says interview is scheduled.
I have a couple of questions.
1) When can I expect the status for i485 to change?
2) What are the next steps for i130?
3) When can I expect my green card?

my i-130 was moved from Nebraska to Texas, I checked with online agent and she told me it's "being processed at TSC at this time" however it's been 139 days today there is no update on my case , not even being actively reviewed yet . how long does it normally take to get an update . I filed online on 20 August 21
