Why i have not received prima facie yet it’s been 7 months ?
I filled my VAWA case in on Feb 25th 2021 and USCIS received in March 4th later I received letter saying that they used my old biometrics I never received my work permit (EAD) but never received prima facie .. do I have to worry about anything , is it normal to not receive prima facie it’s been 7 months .. any help is appreciated.. Thank you ..!

No work Authorization, just stuck on to be scheduled for interview… It’s crazy

Hello, we had marriage based green card interview on February 11th, 2021 still I haven’t got any update from USCIS. Case status is still showing Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed. I already escalated my case to tier 2 USCIS officer but response was not helpful. what are my options? what’s is going on with my case?#i485 #i130

221g white slip- husband is from iran
hey guys! my husband just has the green card interview and it went well but the officer gave him a white slip, the 22g form. They asked him for the branch of military that he served in iran, travel history and employment history. They already had all of that previous to the interview but they asked for it again The officer kept his passport but then asked us if we will be traveling anytime soon. We said no and he said we could take it if we want. But we left it there at the embassy. Does anyone know how long administrative processing can take for Iranians? did anyone have something similar happen to them?? thanks so much!!!

USCIS Processing Time says 9.5 to 10.5 months. What do you guys think? Any chance of getting the EAD before the estimated processing time?

administrative processing 221g
Hi! has anyone received the 221g form? my husband had the interview and it went well but he’s under administrative processing. Hes from Iran but was in the military in Iran. the consular officer said that he needed him to submit his travel history and branch where he served. how long do you think this will take? thanks so much

We received a RFE for our I-130A.
“The beneficiary, ‘NAME’, on Form I-130 must submit a properly completed and signed Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary. All pages must be present and of the latest edition. The latest edition of Form I-130A can be found at the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov.”
Does anyone know if we also need to include all of the supporting documents with it again or just the redone I-130A?
