my case isn't changing
Hello everyone in the race and Hello and all the Lawfully groups today it's been 74 days since my case was ready for an interview since I never got any return letters in my mail and since then the case has never changed. when the box will change and I will know the date of your return or when the card will be produced or when the Lawfully group will approve it. I hope I'm not far away.
Age related visa concerns
i will be 21 years old this coming February and my i-I30 petition is pending for decision. since it says we have to be under 21, will that affect my petition and visa processing during and after approval once i turn 21? As the wait time for those 21 and over are longer.

Call them yesterday and was told that this center is reviewing cases which received at January 29th 2021,and since my case was received at March, so I have to wait like one more month…if uscis need this long time to deal with cases why uscis only allow people renew the EAD card 6month before it is expired, crazy…………frustrated after losing my job for 3 month already…
i751 WAC / California - Removal of Conditions - Biometrics
Hi guys,
My case was recieved on July 9th 2021 and since then nothing. I had a friend who also applied out of the LA area and got his biometrics letter on 4th of November. no word on my biometrics (181 days today). it seems based on the stats from this app 65% of i751 WAC filers got their biometrics letter.
is anyone in the same boat? why didnt i recoeve the bios withing 4 to 5 months timeframe like the vast majority of people?

...hello guys I received am email from nvc today...
they say that they are still working to get an interview date..as of now there is alot of backlog due to covid...they will let me know back in 60 days..
