Emma is virtual chat .if you go to Uscis web you will find "chat with Emma" is a virtual assistant but if you write "live AGENT" a real person is gonna handle your chat so you can ask,make a inquiry etc.If you call the Uscis 800 number and said "infopass" you gonna talk with a real agent

@Nina MR How do u kick the ass of USCIS i went for an interview in and my case still says it must be reviewed meanwhile, during my interview which was my 2nd interview the officer only asked for new documents which we gave her and said she have to go through my file and will receive her decision in my mailbox up till now nothing!! i got a job which is demanding for my GC how do i get them to take decision on my case
