Age related visa concerns
i will be 21 years old this coming February and my i-I30 petition is pending for decision. since it says we have to be under 21, will that affect my petition and visa processing during and after approval once i turn 21? As the wait time for those 21 and over are longer.

no it shouldn’t be a problem. what they look out for is age when filing, as far as you under 21 you shld be fine.

when my mom filed for me I was 15 years and got approved at 22years so it won't be a problem but when I came to the US I have to wait after one year to apply for my green card adjustment of status my mom is an asylee with permanent residence
