i applied for my EAD since November 2020 and all it says is that my biometrics were added to the caseđ should I be worried? is there a number I can call? please help!!!

whatâs your service center? it might be normal, Iâm a December 2020 filer in TSC and still waiting.
you can submit a service request or contact Emma online to submit an expedite request, on USCIS.gov

you can chat with Emma and have her connect you to live representative. tell them you want to raise service request.

EAD is taking up to 13 months right now it really depends on you service center you can try to expedite your case but it depends on why you want it expedited

You should definitely try to expedite since the date for inquiry is Dec 10th. I applied in Dec 2020, and Iâm still waiting. However, I saw 2 cases from February 2021 ( EB Texas) had been approved today. đ

@Fiyinfoluwa sofuye if you use lawfully app go to settings then e-Request. you should find there an option when the case itâs out of normal processing time.

@dana is absolutely right! I donât know why I didnât mention it. But you definitely should file « Outside of processing time request ». You qualify, I hope they will reply with good news!
