Hi
I had my biometrics appointment 11/8/21 with a letter that mentioned my I-485 case, but today my I-765 was updated with the “fingerprints” verbiage, and my 485 is still stuck in the “name was updated” from months ago. Is this normal for concurrent submissions? should my 131/485 cases change too?

I-797 form expired
hey guys, happy new year! And just wanna know did anyone of you have received a new I-797 action notice letter? with another one year extension? I went to the DMV today try to see if they can renew my drivers license, but they said they can’t because my I-797 180 extension days is expired, and they ask did I received a new letter with one more year extension…..but I didn’t….. 😭😭😭😭😭

If your 24-month extension has expired, you must schedule an appointment with your local field or district office as indicated below to receive a stamp in your passport to extend your authorization of work and travel for another year.
