I recived a case update today that Say's "Your case IOE....... is eligible for a case inquiry to the USCIS. Would you like to inquire about the status via e-request". Can I make an inquiry now? because my parents IR-5 application was submitted on June 3rd 2021 and is in California SC "being actively reviewed..." since June 21st 2021. I know this service center has a long waiting period.
Expediting EAD
hi there everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. just a quick question. I have a pending job offer and want to expedite my EAD. My PD is 28 June 2021, IOE number. MSC eads seem to be getting approved but nothing on the IOE side.
Has anyone successfully expedited with a job offer? if so did you expedite through Emma or through your congressman? which one would you advise?
Lastly,did you ask your potential employer to include any specific details in your offer letter that you submitted to USCIS?

Hi all, its been more than 11months from the date of application received to USCIS. I haven’t received any biometrics yet and my center is texas. I have only one semester left , as i dint get any updates from USCIS i am going to take a break next semester. Is there any case like mine who dint get biometrics yet? Can anyone give suggestions what do i have to do now?? Should i approach congressman or should I request for expedite process? Please advice me on the same . This is so stressful

VAWA Biometrics Used?
Hi all, when people state that their "old Biometrics we're used," what does that mean? I was married and my US Citizen spouse pulled the petition during filing (1 month prior to interview) and for that case I had done Biometrics and had a 6 month EAD. After they pulled petition, I was placed in Deportation Proceeding. As it had been a terribly abusive situation, I finally got myself together almost a year after the divorce to speak to and hire a lawyer and learned about filing for VAWA (I had almost another year left AFTER my divorce to file the VAWA). So, does that mean that USCIS may potentially use the old Biometrics that I had done just over 2 years ago for my VAWA case? Thanks all

I-765 Status Change after Approval Months Ago
Hi All: I submitted my medicals last week in response to an RFIE received for my I485 pending app. I’ve already received my EAD/AP in Aug. Today my I-485 status updated to ‘Response to RFE received’ and my status for I-765 (already approved months ago) changed to ‘fingerprints were applied…’ Is this concerning? Thanks.
interview notice
hi guys I was wondering how far in advance you will get the interview notice? is it 3-4 weeks or can be longer? my status has been changed to interview has been scheduled but I have not receive notice and I need to know because apparently we need to be in the US for 14 days before interview. any one recently received interview date? thanks
