has anyone gotten any updates on their VAWA case from 2020? I filed in September 2020 and my case has not been updated. I received my prima facie letter & also did fingerprinting early 2021. but that was about it. I'm patiently waiting but anxious to know if I'm near to approval

I got the letter from USCIS and for my Naturalization N400 and i751 interview together on same date and time. Any idea if I will be given the ceremony time same day or I have to wait and they will notify me by post ?? it's in Southern California.

Hi All, I need to renew my driving licence which has expired - our EAD has expired and so has our I94. What other documents should we take? we are currently under adjustment of status for I485 and have eligibility there.

no response after interview

i had my greencard interview on 08/26/2021 but since then there has been no update on the case status,it still shows “interview scheduled” december 26th made it 120 days already i had a chat with the live agent and he said “No problem. The last posted update in the system was regarding your interview being conducted. In regards to your case, it is still within the normal processing time.” Anybody with this same experience because i’m trying as hard as i can to be calm,i’m sincerely tired I just pray God answers our prayers cos this is draining

Adjustment of Status on B1/B2 Visa

Can anyone share with me their experiences of adjustment of status on a B1/B2 visa as the spouse of a legal permanent resident? I'm interested in knowing what our chances are in pursuing this route. My PD is 09/09/2020 at CSC. Since submitting our application for consular processing, we haven't received anything further than the receipt notice. From what we're seeing, CSC processing time is at a standstill so we'd like to consider adjustment of status and whether it's an option based on our case. I'd really appreciate the feedback. 🙏
