hi, fingerprints were taken October 20th but still no EAD card. my son had his taken on same day and his card arrived with a couple of weeks. my lawyer says there is a backlog on background checks that's the delay. my son was faster because he is a minor. Anyone else had their fingerprints taken in Minneapolis/St Paul field office recently? what's your timeline like?

i need little help. My wife is us national and i am living outside Us. i sent email to NVC due to medical emergency. today i received their reply in which Nvc ask for beneficiary's foreign address and foreign telephone number.
can somebody tell me what is foreign beneficiary address and phone number ?
i-130 approved while on removal proceedings
I had my I-130 marriage based approved while I had a removal proceedings case and once my I-130 was approved my attorney filed with the court to have my removal case dismissed. Does anyone have experience on how this process is and how long does it take? My I-130 was approved in may 2021 and I am still waiting.
