I haven’t received 485J receipt yet, so I would like to know if there is anyone whose 485 case got approved without receiving 485J receipt notice.
Why such delay?
Will my cases ever be approved? I am waiting for EAD for 10 months. How are we supposed to pay bills with no EAD? Sorry for the rant, amigos.

URGENT QUESTION
So I am so angry right now because my husband apparently received RFE back in September and the documents were due December 24th. per my lawyer everything was taken care of even though I told her if the evidence were sent then why his case is not updating to evidence received? my husband didn’t have uscis account because he was deployed and got back recently and I have always been home and I never received the letter that was sent to him. at the same time I received RFE and I received my document because it was sent at the same date as his and we live in the same house.
so now what do I do? can I upload the evidence or can I just send it even though it is passed the deadline?

I765 / I485 Processing Times - Texas Service Center
As expected, I765 6 month average processing times increased from 10.5 months to 12 months, to 11 months to 13 months. Not a huge increase, but still impacts a lot of people nonetheless.
I485 came down slightly from 10 months to 20 months, to 10 to 19.5 months,
USCIS retrogressed I-131 inquiry date in Nebraska. Again
Third time I see them doing it in the last months.
Yesterday it was March 10, 2021 for all other applicants for Advance Parole.
Today they added a new category, Application for travel document with receipt date for case inquiry December 14, 2020, and also retrogressed All other applicants to December 14 2020 as well.
It does not make sense retrogressing date once they commit to a date logic. They are playing with applicant hopes by continuously changing dates.

Does Uscis use the fingerprint photo to print it out on the GC
So I didn’t send passport photo size with the i485 and I got the appointment letter but they didn’t mention that they need passport photo size
So in case if they approved it, Do they use the fingerprint photo to print it out on the GC ?
( am gonna take passport photo size anyways but I don’t wanna ask the OI if he needs passport photo size to make him feel like am trying to push him to approve the case )
