RFE joint sponsor
so at the end of the interview the officer gave me rfe to send the joint sponsor documents and it is mentioned ( u should send the original employment letter for the joint sponsor)
the problem is that no way my joint sponsor will be able to provide the original because his company only issues electronic copy … so my question is if I send the copy and the officer is not satisfied about ir or the joint sponsor in general is he gonna send me another rfe or noid requesting another joint sponsor or he just gonna deny the case ???
am so worried about that or I wait to try to find another joint sponsor

I am F1 student and currently in OPT and doing my job. my Opt will expire on May 2022. I m waiting to get my EAD through eb3 process since June 2021. after couple of months, my opt will expire and I am worrying about my status. I don’t want to join collge for master right now. so I decided to join community collge for associate degree. I am stepping down from bachelor to associate just to maintain my status until I will get EAD approved.
so my concern is, is it possible or legal to stepped down from bachelor to associate? I can join community collge for associate degree?

i filed K1 visa in June 2021 and haven’t got a decision yet. My case was sent to the California service center and they have been extending timelines every month or so. It was initially 4-6 months and now its 9-12 months! Anyone facing similar issue?

How can I locate the service center my case filling for I-485 application
I filed for adustment of status I-485 in 2019 immediately after my I-130 was approved. I did my biometric for the application after few months but, I wasn’t scheduled for interview because I was still in Removal Proceeding.
I’m legally married with family since 2017 and I finally received EOIR Dismissal of Removal/Deportation from the judge last month (January 2022.).
However, My lawyer is not sure where my I-485 filing is located and we are stuck! Also, I’m unable to schedule info pass appointment in my area
Does anyone has an idea what the next step could be?

Interview canceled 🤷🏾♂️
We had our marriage based interview Aug 2021 got a request for RFE (medical) and responded to it by Oct 2021 since we did not go to interview with medical. Case has never updated from interview scheduled since last July 2021. Today out of nowhere status shows interview was cancelled and notice sent. How does USCIS cancel and reschedule an interview that was already done? Anyone experienced this?

Interfiling EB3 to EB2 with approved I140 in both
Hi,
My PD is current in both EB3 and EB2. Last year I downgraded to EB3 and filed for my I485.
Case transferred from Nebraska to NBC
I have I140 approved in both EB2 and EB3
Now USCIS is asking to interfile from EB3 to EB2 since there are lot of visas available.
Waiting for EAD/AP since 8 months.
Question - Whats the benefit of interfiling to EB2? Will this speed up processing? Its mandatory to now submit I485J for interfiling.
In case I want to move to a new employer, will interfiling impact my move? Should I wait for 6 months after interfiling and then change employer?

Family-based adjustment of status.
Hello everyone. I see that there are no people who have their adjustment of status case in the National Benefits Center - Lee's Summit Misuri (Kansas, city). I am worried about my case, I sent my case to USCIS, they sent me my receipt with the case number and the processing center (March 26). At the end of June they sent me an RFE for the affidavit of support and I quickly responded, they received what I sent on July 13, from that date until now I have not received a response by. I have tried to call USCIS, to try to speak with someone and they can tell me what is happening because they do not give me a response from the RFE. But I have not had any luck, I sent a request to have my case reviewed for the delay, but I am still waiting for them to respond. How many here have their case in that office waiting for a response or have they already received a response?

NVC is making me feel so frustrated. some people say Ghana embassy has closed down others I know are going through especially fiancé visas. mine is a spouse visa. in November, they asked for additional info so we are still here. it’s heactic. my case was sent to nvc in August and in November they asked for additional info. seriously I am begging to be sick.
how long does it take to receive congressman's help?
I submitted a expedite request to my congressman, I filled out the form on the website and since then nothing, didn't receive email confirmation that my request was received, no one reached out to me for additional evidence.how long does it usually take for congressman's office to get back to you?
