Family-based adjustment of status.
Hello everyone. I see that there are no people who have their adjustment of status case in the National Benefits Center - Lee's Summit Misuri (Kansas, city). I am worried about my case, I sent my case to USCIS, they sent me my receipt with the case number and the processing center (March 26). At the end of June they sent me an RFE for the affidavit of support and I quickly responded, they received what I sent on July 13, from that date until now I have not received a response by. I have tried to call USCIS, to try to speak with someone and they can tell me what is happening because they do not give me a response from the RFE. But I have not had any luck, I sent a request to have my case reviewed for the delay, but I am still waiting for them to respond. How many here have their case in that office waiting for a response or have they already received a response?

hi , i have my case at NBC too . and my Pd is June 22 and I’m still waiting for EAD/AP.

Hello.Have you only received the receipt with your case number or did they also send you an RFE? Are you adjusting status based on family?

After submitting, I received the letter 797C where is the case Number , service Center etc … no RFE . yes is an AOS ( IR-1 )

did you try to contact an agent through Emma ? it has been a lot of time for you .

If I have tried several times to communicate with someone who can give me information and be able to know what happens with the RFE that I sent and they have not given an answer to that. But I have not had any luck, I also sent a request online asking for a review of my case and explaining what is happening, but there is no response. Maybe I have to wait a few more days to see if they respond to that request.

did the rfe says response received on your timeline? if yes then you just have to wait for them to get back to you or you can call uscis tomorrow and tell the agent you want a tier 2 officer to call you .i havent had no response either since 60 days and i sent an inquiry and now i gotta wait 30 days for them to get back to me siiiiigggghhhh.

Exactly, they received the response that I sent to what they asked me in the RFE, they received it on July 13. The problem is that I have no idea if everything is ok or something is wrong, because there is no update since that time. Tomorrow I will try to call again, I hope to be lucky.

i havent gotten no update either thats why the agent put in the inquiry for the officer to get back to me just make sure they give you a confirmation number @julissa
