I-129F extended processing time
I know I’m still early in the process, but I noticed that the processing times for the K1/K2 visa have increased by about 3 months recently. Does anyone know if this is for new cases, or does it affect previous cases retroactively? Based on a recent call to the USCIS, it seems to be the latter, but I don’t understand why such a significant delay all of a sudden.

Applied for EAD and H4 Extension
Dear All,
I have applied my H4 EAD for the first time along with my H4 Extension in October. In December, I travelled to my base country. while I came back my H4 got extended automatically. In this case, what should I do. Will it impact my EAD processing time? please suggest.

Willful Material Misrepresentation Case
Hello guys!!
I have applied I-130 for my husband and it’s pending. My husband had applied for tourist visa back in the day and mistakenly wrote ex-wife’s name instead of mine while we were married.
this might be considered willful material misrepresentation. How serious is this?
I am so scared. Has anyone faced this issue? And gone through waivers form I-601?
Please help. does this mean my i-130 and my husband visa likely will be denied.
