Hello everybody, does anyone know if the uscis agent says that your file is protected and we cannot access any further information on your case. what does this means? I called them to expedite my case and they told me to write a letter to Vermont service center coz they couldn’t access my file in their system as it is protected.

ANYONE ON A SAME PAGE Request of initial evedence

i got a request of initial evidence today not really sure what this is difference for request of evedance(RFE) theres whole bunch of stuff like missing pages, missings signatures, affidavit of support need more evedance, i had a lawyer to do all this and i have provided all the information, seems like we choosed a wronge one, been married more then 3 years wife’s income more then enough, shes a physician, i have a work authorization pior to our marriage so i have an income as well Anyone one on a same page/status feel free to comment and update status here

Hi — I filed for EAD in June 2021, and AP in October 2021. AP was approved today and EAD is still processing. I don’t understand why the AP was approved first, because it was filed after. Will EAD come this week? Or is it unrelated now?

hey guess I had my interview 4months ago after he told me decision can not be made and sent me a letter to send in some more evidence by last year December which I did and still to hear something…anyone know how long it takes?

my EAD was mail to different P.O. Box and I have been very mad at Uscis since Friday I don’t know what to do I have rich out to congressman office and she call them this morning and she said they said is going to take days who knows long am not happy atall guy have you experience anything like this before guys? what should I do please help me guys
