Hi,
I received today the message below from USCIS. my receipt data on June 16 2021 & I did an inquiry outside of normal processing. can anyone explain how I am within the processing time while they processing today July 1, 2021?

Adjudication Timeline
hi,
I just spoke with Emma about an expedite request for my EAD application. They said there would be no point as the case is in the adjudication phase. They wouldn’t tell me anything more about estimated wait times for this. So I’m wondering if anyone has heard anything similar and knows how long it usually takes?
I’m hoping it means approval is close but at this point I won’t get excited until it’s in my letterbox!

Is it risky to leave the US while i-140 rfe response is getting checked?
so I submitted the response to rfe on Jan 14 2022 and it’s going to take like from 3 weeks to 6 months.
the question is : when I get my ead and travel permit, how risky is it to leave the US while the uscis is checking my response to rfe?
so my attorney says if i get denial, they might not allow me enter the US.

EAD’s for dependents but not for the principal
EAD’s for all my dependents were mailed yesterday, but mine still shows “Received”.
This are a renewal process, done at the National Benefits Center received on Sept. 20th/ 2021
For this renewal process, I was the only one who received Biometric appointment and USCIS reused the Biometrics for my dependents.
Currently I got my EB2-NIW I140 Approved on Oct 27th/21, Waiting to receive I485 (June 20, 2020) Medicals RFE at Texas S.C.
It is normal that my EAD still not showing any movement and only my dependents? Have someone experienced this?
