hi, is there other people from the oct/nov/dec 2020 ages that did not got their first EAD card approved from Texas center yet , or I'm the only one. thanks

I-765/I-131 primary applicant approved but dependent is still pending (10 days)

My husband (primary applicant) combo card (EAD c9) arrived but mine didn't. All documents and forms were sent and received together. We did biometrics together. Is this normal? Husband GC EB-1 timeline I-140 premium process approved in July 2021. NBC PD 29 july 2021 I-485, I-765 and I-131: received 30 Sept 2021 RFE (medical) submitted together with I-485 Biometrics: 5 Feb 2022 Combo card arrived: 14 Feb 2022 Mine still shows fingerprints were taken...and that's it. Should I try expedite my EAD? I have signed a job offer with a Pharmaceutical company...pending my EAD ...start date is march 28th. Thank you.

Medical Examination

Hey everyone, Does anyone know how long the medical examination is valid for? Also do you guys think it is a good idea to submit the medical exam on the online account on additional docs just to trigger them schedule my interview perhaps? Thank you all! #medicalexamination

I 131 approved and never received notice

I got approved I 131 over month ago and I never Receive anything yet so far any one also waiting after approval? anyone have ideas how long take after to mail?

how long will the Visa bulletin stuck like that?

I am just wondering it has been more than 6 months and tge visa bulletin is stuck F2B. any one know for how long they will keeping doing that?

Is it just me or do you guys think that USCIS is getting faster? I mean just scroll below my post and you see sooo many approvals in the past few days.

Are RFEs a problem ?

hi! I’m noticing that most people being approved didn’t have any RFEs. USCIS seem to me to be skipping applications with RFEs. Sent in my RFE almost a month ago and not a word apart from a receipt ☹️

Lease agreement - no proof we live together

My spouse (us citizen ) doesn’t have a good credit so he can’t be added to our lease agreement . Asked my landlord to write a letter on our behalf but they declined . The landlord said if he’s not on the lease , there is no way they can write a letter that says they know my spouse and I live together . We have a an interview coming up in the next couple of weeks . We have other documents but I will really want to add a document that relates to a lease agreement. Is there another way around this ? or is there something else we can do ? Please help us . Thanks.

anyone has the same experience as switching job when i140 approved, and i485 pending over 180 days if I switch my job next month, should I submit the 485J right away or I should wait until RFE? thank you

Mental state due to delays.

How do you guys mentally deal with these delays? I've had really severe depressions and suicidal thoughts. I feel like time is running through my fingers, whilst my life is actually stuck. I am stuck. Meanwhile my job experience is getting wasted. My youth is getting wasted. My grandparents are always saying that they have not much time left and I cannot even go to see them. I am horrified with the thought that somebody can get sick very badly and I cannot even travel. My husband barely carries this burden of maintaining us financially, this whole immigration process is way expensive for what they are making us go through.. I've never wanted to live in America, but I love my husband very much. Does every civilized country treat immigrants like that? Why is it happening?... This all is so inhumane...
