if they dint send you an rfe for it dont upload it,you will just delay your case more

Hi,@i was made for this, how do you know that it will delay the case if you send it or upload it without they are asking for it. sorry but doesn't make sense for me

@m dimitri thats what rfe are for if they need it they will send you a rfe for it. i got a Deficiency notice and it clearly says at the bottom do not mail it in without them sending an rfe for it because it will delay your case .

They give you one open medical exam opened and one sealed. I was thinking of uploading it when it says additional docs, when you see you status it says that you could upload things to help you case out

do not submit your medical until u get your interview notice in the male because USCIS will say the lost it and it’s valid for 2years after the doctor signs

@i was made for this: I know we can upload documents; but, as for as medicals, I didn’t think it would help by uploading them since they will still need them to get to the office sealed. Also if the medicals weren’t filed with the I-485 and they are sent alone without USCIS requesting them, they will either accept or reject them. My attorney says it’s a 50-50% chance.

if you send it without a Rfe USCIS will not look at it and it may delay your care

@N with medical exam it can not be uploaded you to send it in the seal envelope to them

unlike what other people are saying here, if u know where ur case is and send medical without rfe, there is still a good chance of it being accepted

@paritosh thats not true because even on the site it says do not upload anything if they havent asked for it but if the person wants to risk delaying their case so be it

it says that because of the uncertainty of file location, I know atleast 7 people who interfiled successfully and got gc without rfe

@paritosh you have to scroll and see a button where it says upload evidence when you click on the document tab

Just don't do it. It will not push them to schedule your interview. Wait to complete it when you receive the interview notice.

I guess not everyone has that option in the uscis account

I am talking about employment based case where many people successfully sent medical without rfe

it doesn’t matter ead or whatever USCIS have to send you a Rfe
