did you get approved? some interviews got waived married base

I have a friend that got approved without a interview they just ask him to submit some documents which he did and got his green card in the mail after submitting the evidence they ask for.

@Kay Walters do you know if your friend got the exames done? or they approved without exame.

am not sure what is exames but all he told me was they requested some evidence and he submitted it and he got approved

I didn’t get approved yet, my lawyer told me they may not needed an interview for me because they took my biometrics 4 months ago after that there is no progress

yeah I understand it but regardless the interview they use to ask for medical exams. I am in the same position like you. I got the fingerprint few months ago but they never said anything anymore.
