how long will the Visa bulletin stuck like that?

I am just wondering it has been more than 6 months and tge visa bulletin is stuck F2B. any one know for how long they will keeping doing that?

I think it will start progressing after June 2022 There are some Visa related Rules going to implement from June 2022 I know it's super annoying it is stuck since September 2021. 🙄
