I’m at 202 day’s waiting but i didn’t asked my lawyer about expediting. I’m waiting until end of this month first bcuz I have to be paying lawyer fee and no work permit to work. extreme hardship should be something to use to expedite

on the tracker you use does it say anything about your case working on?

i can’t get a job without a work permit either

The only way to expedite is through the congressman. Reach out to your congressman's webpage. Choose federal service and then choose immigration services. If you have a job offer, and show proof of financial crisis, USCIS might expedite your case.

@M Z, I just did an expedition request through Congressman. Did you get approved after expedition through Congressman and what’s the USCIS response timeline?

@meee Yes, USCIS responded to the congressman in one week. They approved the expedite request next week. It took 2 weeks. However, it has been almost 40 days, and the last action USCIS took was expedite request approved.

For financial crisis proof I shared a letter from my landlord that says I did not pay the rent for the last 2 months, health insurance document that shows I could not pay for the last 2 months, credit card minimum payment information for the last 2 months etc

Unbelievable. They did not make the address change which they confirmed and approved that they received it. USCIS is not functioning, and nobody is doing anything to improve it. Unbelievable.
