ANYONE ON A SAME PAGE Request of initial evedence
i got a request of initial evidence today not really sure what this is difference for request of evedance(RFE) theres whole bunch of stuff like missing pages, missings signatures, affidavit of support need more evedance, i had a lawyer to do all this and i have provided all the information, seems like we choosed a wronge one, been married more then 3 years wife’s income more then enough, shes a physician, i have a work authorization pior to our marriage so i have an income as well

I got an rfe for I-864 we send the transcripts but we forgot to send the W2 so that's why I probably got that rfie and my wife makes more than 21k

so right before we submitted our application, we noticed that the legal assistant at our lawyers firm had made several mistakes on our form: listing wrong country of birth, some missing answers to required questions, etc. Had we not checked, I am sure we would have also received an RFIE. I am guessing that's whats happened here. Hope you figure it out.

similar situation - they asked for a marriage certificate - I am positive that I sent two certified copy with my initial application, the lawyer said not to even mention it and send it again, I did on Feb 1, no update since then
