Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed
My application is over 900 days now Without any update from USCIS. Words cannot express my level of frustration, I've tried calling and sent email yet they keep telling me the same thing to continue waiting. please what is your advise

I don’t know why they hold 2019 case , I did my interview January 8th 2021 no update,my PD October 2019

Try to contact your representative, i see many of us with the same situation base on the document they give you after the interview you can submit an inquiry after 120 days. Also i believe you can set up an info pass appointment and so an inquiry about your case in person.
