Okay , so i called USCIS 3rd time today about my RFE , and the agent told me that he will setup an inquiry to the office , and i should be receiving an email or letter in the mailbox within 30 calender day about the next step on the oath or something,

i pray you get a good news soon but honestly I don’t believe they’ll do anything meaningful

btw what kind of documents they asked after interview?

my 2020 tax return was not processed by IRS , eventhough i did file it . so they asked me for proof that i dont owe taxes to IRS

luckly IRS processed my tax return the day after i got RFE so i was able to provide that

seriously how long does it take for uscisto review that tax return! they could’ve done it in a day.
