Form I-824 for derivative abroad
Good afternoon VAWA family!!! I wanted to ask for those who got their green card approved and then applied I-824 to their children abroad… How long did it take? 🙏🙏 I know that the worse part is over, but it’s still a difficult process until I get my son here… Thank you 🙏
Incredible
After 7 months of lying to me, I had to look up the FOIA and prove that my case was closed and that I would take legal action. Only after that did they schedule my interview. I can't believe it.#

Expedite Request Question
Hi, if anyone can please provide some insight on this, if you have any experience on this. I have an expedite request that I want to submit to USCIS. I wanna know how I can and what would I need to provide to not have it declined, please. I would really appreciate any guidance and advice on this.
hello family it’s important I need yall help please ..
so my vawa got approved and I was having a removal order and my case got transferred to the BIA since my old lawyer missed the time and it got complicated but somehow he did file the appeal back in the day and stayed until I got approved for my I-360 vawa so the new lawyer I had he contacted the DHS to Joni the motion to dismiss and the agree and they signed and everything was fine so the BIA remand the case back to the judge and we had the motion to dismissed in place so the judge he send the remand back to the BIA saying that he needs 3 panel and he asked the BIA to re-review it and to make sure that is the right decision.
it’s so stressful step and I hope guys I can have anyone here can help me or tell me what to do.
he did not denied the motion to dismiss or grant it, the only thing he done was sending the BIA decision which it was ( remand ) back to them to review it.
thank you all
