with in 48 hours we got an update

did you resent medical yourself? was there any rfe raised ? or basis previous rfe and considering your medical was expired is why you resent medical again? Also did uscis lost the previous medical?

@K R same here. sent medical RFE to NBC at Overland Park KS and no response after updating that RFE was received.

@K R did your case ever go to "Case Remains Pending"? I see that those whose case were at CRP get instant approvals after medical RFE

medical rfe was submitted on friday Apr 10th, got approval message on Apr 14th

@Riya p i did it only after receiving the rfe, rfe language is something like “ your previous i693 submitted in Nov 22 is no more valid hence we are asking you to provide a latest i693 blah blah” they provide an address as well. i didnt use any attorney and submitted myself.

@K R unfortunately none. I also will be raising a ticket next week. I hate saying this but seeing the EB2 visas getting exhausted, we might have to wait till next year. I wish I am wrong though.

@K R thank you for sharing. I also just checked with Emma and came to know that my case was transferred to the San Jose Field Office. Was yours transferred for the first time? My case was transferred in early Jan 2023 to St Louis MO and then came back in Nov 2023. This is the second field office movement.

@K R when I checkedw with Emma again a few times recently, I was told my file is still at the NBC. Would you be able to check if yours is still at the NBC or in the FO?
