Good night guys. How yall doing. I was made to understand the USCIS put out a statement saying that regarding application for spouses of Green card holders, that all applications are up to date and they have cleared up all the backlogs. Is there any truth to that? Have been waiting quite sometime now , with no update or approval. still processing. crazy

Probably, it refers to the F2A filing date becoming “current,” as stated in the April VISA Bulletin. This does not mean that the backlog has been cleared; it simply means that people currently in the US will be able to file Form I-130 and Form I-485 at the same time. (only AOS process)

@Diane Castro i saw on reddit and I wasn't sure myself so I decided to asked on this platform. Also @ Ham Naka i believe it could be just that. However, im not in the us. I'm n 🇹🇹 currently. We travel back and forth which is very costly for many of us I'm sure! God is good all the time.

my pd june 2023 before 5 days update to case still being processed by uscis after submit the medical exam what doesn’t mean?
