what’s stopping you from doing premium? you might have to wait until end of this year for any update. since priority dates are current, I have a feeling everyone is doing premium now and USCIS will not look at normal processing cases for a while.

yes, Feb 2024 and I am in talks with my lawyer to do premium processing now.

@Jeah Wildman it isn’t cheap and it hurt looking at the already waited and wasted time. but it worth the try

My lawyers are against us doing the premium processing based on the trends they see, but will act only if we still want to go ahead regardless of their recommendation…we’ve decided to wait.

Same boat as you. mine is 754 days and still processing

Priority Date: Sep-23-2024 Nebraska Center NIW EB2 (STEM Biology) I-140 I want to go for Premium Process but my lawyer is not willing to do, he said because there are higher chances to get RFE if will do Premium Process at this stage. But my point is, if case is properly and strongly filed there will not RFE. Even RFE can be in normal process too. Am i right...? What your suggestions please reply.

@M. & H. I know friends that submitted their applications early this year and expedited the process. two had direct approval and one had RFE and was approved after. So I don’t think there is a direct link between both. If you can afford it and don’t care about the wasted time then go ahead and apply for PP.
