I-130 Spouse (Outside US) Filed Dec 13, 2022 – Still Pending, No Updates in 2026
I filed my I-130 petition for my spouse (who is currently living outside the USA, so consular processing) on December 13, 2022. It’s been over 3 years now, and there’s been no meaningful progress — still showing as pending with no updates, no RFE, no interview scheduled, nothing.
Has anyone else filed around late 2022 for a spouse abroad and is still waiting in 2026? How long did it eventually take for approval?
Really frustrated as nothing seems to be happening. Any similar experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!”
