EB1 C - timeline projection
EB1 C - My I-140 priority date is 25th Feb 2026. Do we have any idea how fast 140 and 485 would move this year and what’s the timeline we can expect

My pd 15 August 2025 and I-140 approved september 2025. My bio done by 24 September 2025 and still waiting for i-485 approval.

Timelines will varry depending on teh choice of filing. If you file concurrent I-140+AOS using PP with current PD then USCIS typically adjudicates these case types within 15 business days but if you filed separately then USCIS typically adjudicates regular filings within 5 to 13 months depending on case complexity and field office. We have seen faster turn arounds in most field offices.
