have you received your EAD . Also if you have a lawyer contact your lawyer to ask for your prima facie a lot of them don’t call you to let you know they received your prima facie, you have to call and ask for it.

@Liz Nara a lot of people got approval without PF. no idea why you advise her to ask her lawyer for that. all lawyers ask extra money for any legal actions. if she didn’t get any PF then it’s not a problem at all. not a big deal. just relax and wait for the results.

March 2022 only one PF and got approved at December 2025 so don’t worry about PF because every case is different.

I’m in the same boat as you, filed in October 2022, no single PF. current 2 year EAD is expired, been waiting on the renewal since February of 2025 and up till now nothing. Did you renew your EAD at any point ? @LILY MJUN

have you move? remember that address changes with VAWA cases have to be done by paper to the correct addres, and you can also request a FOIA in case u miss any notices

Nothing out of the ordinary. I lasted 3 years with no PF until last year but PF is good for nothing here in Texas but don't worry, is normal not to receive updates from USCIS for years.

@LILY MJUN don’t worry i filed my vawa before end of december 2021. I nevef get any Prima facie after 3 years my vawa got approved. and have my greencard. so just wait you’ll be fine.
