I know how difficult it is to wait, constantly checking your status for any updates. But as many have shared their experiences, I also want to encourage those still waiting. By the mercies of God, I was approved just a few minutes ago. In my first semester as a PhD student, I applied for EB-2 with just one citation, my master's degree, and four publications. I also stated that I was a PhD student. During this waiting period, I relied on Jesus Christ as my comforter. I don’t want to sound overly religious, but that is the honest truth. This platform has been incredibly helpful, and I found encouragement every time I read about others' approvals.

Upgraded my EB1 /I-140 to PP after 398 days!

Upgrade to premium on March 11 , USCIS sent the electronic receipt of I-907 on March 13. my attorney firm says it’ll take 45 days for processing!!! I thought it was 15 days from the date of receipt! any thoughts?

Nebraska Processing time moved

The Nebrask center moved the processing time to 16 months, from 14.5 last month. I am still chasing the inquiry date, now April 06!!!

Curiosity about cases waiting for approval

it’s interesting to see some cases from October and beginning of November still waiting for approval, when they're clearly working on late November cases. does anyone know the reason? do they just skip cases? Mine's December 3rd, so I hope it’s soon here.

Advance parole experienece in JFk airport

CBP officers asked so many question 1. Are you afraid for your spouse ? 2 she said lot of indian doing fraud as male applicant 3 she said you will get deported and we gonna send ice to your home we got the address. 4. please take back ypur application , dont do fraud and then she paroled me finally but lot of question which i didnt expected.

interesting. it’s more than a year in waiting for GC. RECENTLY FROM 10 months awaiting time it went to one month, then two weeks. then disappeared saying “take longer than expected” and now BAM show one week ? dunno what to think. of course I know it can change anytime for longer time

Happy Monday everyone My PD is 2/13/2021. Do you guys think I will see any movement in April? Also, I had submitted my I-693 in December 2022 which makes my medical record more than 2years. Should I just wait until I hear anything from USCIS or do exam and wait to send it? Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated ✌️
