there is no premium for I-485, only premium for I-140.

That is still within the normal range for many employment-based I-485s. USCIS adjudicative review can take months even after the file looks complete, especially in employment-based cases where visa availability and final review still have to line up.

I also submitted EAD and AP applications on the say day, Oct 29 2025. I am also waiting for these to approve.
