December 2023 still waiting but yesterday USCIS answered to the congressman about my case they said: that they send en email to the officer and their supervisor to check my case

@Chris Sosa I didn’t have an interview, and I have been waiting from December 2023 and they approve today
and I contact the congressman on January 2026 after that USCIS didn’t respond to the inquiry

it will 10 years of GC as I was married from 15 years and my husband got green card in 2022 and I applied in 2023.

today got approval so I will get card soon so will keep you guys posted. interview was very easy, interviewer lady was very good. she told me we don't need anything as you uploaded all docs before interview to portal. So she just asked yes/no security 4 questions and took signature on 485 printed form as system was down and iPad was not working.

little background we got married in 2008 but my husband got his GC in 2022 so I applied 485 in Jan 2023.

A priority date by itself does not tell enough. What category, what country of chargeability, and whether USCIS can approve your case under the chart it is using that month. For April 2026, USCIS said employment-based adjustment applicants must use the Final Action Dates chart, so an August 2023 PD only matters if it is actually earlier than the cutoff for your category and country.
