I submitted my I-140 petition under the regular processing route on February 23, 2024. I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) and submitted the response on August 1, 2024. Since then, I have not received any further updates on my case.
I would appreciate any advice on whether it would be advisable to upgrade to premium processing at this stage or if it is better to wait a bit longer.

I-130 interview was completed last year and now I-485 is being adjudicated. We received RFE 2 weeks ago, and responded to the RFE on same day. on Saturday I got the email “We have taken action on your case”. I’ve been refreshing like every 10 minutes since Saturday—nothing in documents tab and nothing has changed yet—just “We are actively reviewing your case”.
Is this normal???
