anyone has had an interview at Newark NJ after govt. shutdown and was offered same day oath?
historically newark is reputed to have 3 oath ceremonies and many same day oaths in straight forward/ non name change apps. but I am hearing anecdotal reports that now thats closed since govt shutdown...

hi Guys! it’s been 19 month since we sent our I130. we only have the receipt number. we contacted USCIS and they told that the earliest we can submit questions is December which will be 21 months than!
what does does mean earliest we can submit questions? did anyone encounter the same thing? what does it mean? please let us?? PD is March 21, 2024
