what’s the new status?

what's your new status and it's necessary to fill form G-325? .. as per I Know ,G-325 is for renewal .. those who are get approved and applied before may 10,they will get deffered action under 2022 policy..

@Alexander s May request a new period of deferred action. Aliens who submit a request for a new period of deferred action on Form G-325A before May 10, 2026, will be considered for deferred action under the 2022 policy...(it's mentioned new period of deffered action)

@Alexander s I was going through it today before I even saw this post they said applications filed , pending or approved before this this policy takes effect (May 10) will be considered for the policy that this memorandum terminated. but I asked my to apply for the DA immediately when I saw the new policy, not received anything yet maybe after May 10 we will see how things will go

@Alexander s I just got approval on April 23 -2026..I didn't get the approval notice yet..my attorney told me to apply for work permit they said im under 2022 policy..I don't know what will be in my luck...

@R M no brother..they just sent approval notice ..they don't mentioned any deffered action in the approval form..

@Alexander s Did they send you the deferred action notice a few days after your I-360 approval notice? And you also said you submitted Form G-325—did you submit it before you received the deferred action notice?

@R M my attorney said they will contact with USCIS..is they give me deffered action or not...then if they know it yes,they gonna apply for work permit/if USCIS didn't tell them anything then also they will apply for work permit..they told me rn it's not necessary to apply for form g-325a ...if they feel it's necessary they will let me know...and told me to wait until any updates..and also they file a case against USCIS on court about our deffered action ..the final hearing will be held on June 2026,then there will be something good /bad news for us...
