check your receipt notice for i765 eligibility category. c31 means you have to wait until i360 is approved, c09 means you don’t have to wait. if yours say c31, you can file a new i765 under eligibility c09 (based on pending i485) , that one can come in a few months of filing for it and doesn’t need to wait on i360 approval
