July 2022 EB1C India, SRC to National Benefit Center (Nov2022)
Any July2022 PD cases in community received RFE in the last few weeks. My case is in CPR since Jan2023, no traction at all. Wondering if any of you are lucky. Appreciate your respons.#

dec’22 PD, same situation.. but one of my friend with a mid 22 priority date got rfe recently.. so hopefully soon for you.

Similar case. August 2022 priority date. case remains pending since June 2023

same. EB1A and still in CRP. Too many EB1Cs are pending and that has created a huge backlog

Sep 2022 PD SRC, stuck in CRP. a friend with case in LIN block with Nov 2022 PD was approved earlier this month.

I think, NBC and Field Office work independent, so cannot predict. NBC picks up the cases in batches to follow trends. Predicting Field office cases trend is tricky. Hope this progress for all … Looks like patience is the only tool unfortunately.
