We have taken action on your case

I-130 interview was completed last year and now I-485 is being adjudicated. We received RFE 2 weeks ago, and responded to the RFE on same day. on Saturday I got the email “We have taken action on your case”. I’ve been refreshing like every 10 minutes since Saturday—nothing in documents tab and nothing has changed yet—just “We are actively reviewing your case”. Is this normal???

Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received Since Last year March

Hey guys! trust everyone is having a great day? I dint know if anyone has being in my shoes but I need help, uscis requested for my medicals and I submitted them and was received since Last year March and it's been over a year and no response yet. My VAWA journey started July 2021 so I don't know what's going on anymore or what to do.
