HELP 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
hi guys, I just had an interview yesterday with my husband in NYC Immigration office in Manhattan. My husband is citizen, and he petitioned for my green card. The interview was like about 30mins-ish, and it went pretty quick. At the end of the interview, the officer gave us a white paper notice saying that “your case is being held for review, ……”, and then after few hours(same day) my USCIS account changed to “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” for both I130, and 485. can someone please let me know what that means? anyone has similar situation? please help, thank you!! 🙏🏼 #greencard #F2A #Citizen #NYC

hi, I know a few people from chats have had this happened where they are give. a white paper and then their case states this. . It is being reviewed and there is no decision made. They are reviewing to make a decision. Do you have a complex case? Any reasons for them to question your marriage?

I had my interview, they didn’t give me any white paper but my case stated actively being review and I was approved after 3 days
