u can not apply for citizenship after your 751 under waiver , in been waiting after responded mi RFE on feb 2026

@John Adams Did you file for divorce shortly after applying for the I-751? Did you apply while married?

I still can't file my N-400 because I am already divorced. What I did do was ask my congressman for assistance in requesting an update on my case. To anyone who has been waiting more than 800 days, has already submitted a divorce decree, and still hasn't received any updates, I highly recommend reaching out to your congressional representative for help.
