case processing is taking too long ? feedback ?
I filed my naturalization case on July 2025 and the only message I got is that my biometrics were going to be reused, and radio silent since then .. no interview scheduled yet or nothing .. is this normal processing time ? it’s been 10 months and not sure if there is something happening or this is normal .. any feedback with similar cases with submission on or around July 19,2025 I’d appreciate any help, info or feedback ! Ty #citizenship

wow! this is almost 10 months of waiting! where is your field office? I have applied in October 2025 in Los Angeles. I thought I was in long waiting🫠

Ten months with no interview is frustrating but can still be within normal processing depending on the field office. If USCIS processing-times page shows your inquiry date has passed, submit an outside-normal-processing request. If the inquiry date has not passed, USCIS may only give a generic response. Biometrics reuse the same day is normal and does not guarantee faster interview scheduling.
