i got approved for I-824 since almost one year and since that nothing happened I contact USCIS and NVC multiple times and same answer every time to wait 45 days and contact again.
nvc they said that they didn’t get my petition and uscis said we are in process to locate your petition
and on this way since one year
any advice to do
