Case still at NBC , 8 months after the RFE was received. I was applied after 1 year after Asylum granted. The RFE was about to refill the new updated version of I485 and since then there's no move. I contacted USCIS they told me I can make an inquiry up to July 2026 because the case is at normalprocessing time. Any advice?

Hi,
Please I need someone to help me with this information. My Vawa was recently approved in July. I want to know how long it usually takes before I get the request for medical. Also I was sent a new c31 EAD which was delivered to me but the delivery was not updated on the portal, is that normal?
Greencard Approved
I have come to return all Glory to God for what He has done for me and my Husband. We started this K1 process back in 2021 of February. We had no money of an attorney so we did the entire process by ourselves and what we did was pray every step of the way. God provided in every season we didn’t lack anything. My husband and I did our interview Sept 11 and today we got a notice that his greencard was approved yesterday. Finally after 4 years we can say God you are faithful. My husband is legal we can no finally move on with life and do the needful as a family. I know God is going to restore times passed because we applied for work authorization since last year and it was still in pending status. So since my husband came to the country in 2023 he hasn’t been working I have been covering all the bills but God provided all the way without fail. keep praying , keep trusting God will come through

Realistic wait time for EB3-EW (PD 09/05/2025)
Hi everyone, I just started the EB3-Other Workers process this month (my priority date is September 5, 2025, Spain)
I’m trying to understand realistically when I might become current in the Visa Bulletin. I know there’s a backlog and that it depends on demand and visa availability, but I honestly don’t know how many cases are still pending before my date or what the average waiting time looks like.
Based on your experience or knowledge, when do you think my priority date could become current?

Hello everyone,
I'm a bit concerned about my asylum green card application. Here are the details:
Case Received: 12/24/2024
Last Update: 01/13/2025 ("Fingerprints Taken")
Recent Info: USCIS mentioned last update on 04/04/2025. They said my case is pending with the National Benefits Center and now it's at the Louisville Field Office.
My case has been processing for 8 months with no recent updates. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do next? Any advice?
