Case Processing
Crp despite being current since filing
Hello community,
My case is EB3 skilled. I filed my I485 back in July 2023 and have always been current according to the visa bulletin under ROW. My case falls under cross chargeability where the dependent applicant (spouse) falls under the ROW quota. However, my case went into CRP Dec 1, 2023 stating unavailability of visas. I haven't contacted USCIS thinking that there may be administrative blockers on my case but since it has been 5 months in CRP, I'm beginning to think that they may have not considered cross chargeability and charged our case to India (primary applicant). Has anyone encountered this before? Does anyone know how to raise an SR to verify that this isn't the case, as waiting for USCIS to pick up our case would mean waiting forever. PD: April 2021. Confirmed PD, EB3 skilled category on my file and with lawyers that I485 was initally filed with cross chargeability.
Hope the best for everyone. Thank you!

I have been seeing alot of people getting approved in less than 4 months. Lord help me, my wife and I never had any experience with the whole immigration process, we trusted the estimated time on the uscis portal, now our wedding ceremony with our family is all planned for Dec 2024 in our home country. I trust and believe God will answer our prayers and do his miracle for us 🥺

Received Medical RFE after submitting medicals with I485 Application
I submitted my I485 application with my medicals in January 2023 and case went into CRP September 2023. Case moved to ‘ready to be scheduled for an interview’ last week and I got an RFE mail for medicals today.
Has anyone had such experience where a medical RFE is received even after submitting your medicals with the 485 application?
I-751 Case transferred to national benefits center
Please everyone,
I just received a transferred notice of my case I-751 to national benefits center. The reason stated was “We have completed preliminary review of your case. As part of a standard processing, we have transferred your case to the USCIS office (national benefits center, lee’s summit) who has jurisdiction over your case. The office will notify you when they make decision on your case or if they need additional information”.
please what does this mean? is it a good sign or what? is it something I should be worrying about?
please help.
