Congratulations, your PD has been current is quite old, probably you were elligible to submit your AOS i. year 2020 or 2021, right? theb why you submitted your AOS application in april 2024? just curious

@amber ashraf it was connecting to agent few weeks back. seems some recent updates are not allowing easily. the other way is call customer service and try reach the agent
